Correctly cast Darwin memory info (#1060)
* Correctly cast Darwin memory info

* Cast stats to float64 before doing math on them to avoid integer
wrapping.
* Remove invalid `_total` suffix from gauge values.
* Handle counters in `meminfo.go`.
