Adds dockerswarm sd (#818)

* adds dockerswarm service discovery

https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/issues/656

 Following roles supported: services, tasks and nodes.
 Basic, token and tls auth supported.
 Added tests for labels generation.

* added unix socket support to discovery utils
