vmui: Fix initial serverUrl for vmanomaly (#6834)
- fix TS lint
- anomaly: remove /vmui
- anomaly: minor inspections fix
- docs: fix broken links to headings
### Describe Your Changes
Initially vmanomaly opened with `/vmui` in serverUrl, remove it.
