Aliaksandr Valialkin 603d4c9217 app/vmselect: merge -search.maxLookback and -search.maxStalenessInterval flags, since it has been appeared they have identical purpose :( 
Leave both flags for backwards compatibility reasons.

vmselect performs the following tasks:

  • Splits incoming selects to tasks for vmstorage nodes and issues these tasks to all the vmstorage nodes in the cluster.

  • Merges responses from all the vmstorage nodes and returns a single response.
