Zhu Jiekun 8c50c38a80 vmstorage: auto calculate maxUniqueTimeseries based on resources (#6961 ) ### Describe Your Changes Add support for https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/issues/6930 Calculate `-search.maxUniqueTimeseries` by `-search.maxConcurrentRequests` and remaining memory if it's not set or less equal than 0. vmselect performs the incoming queries and fetches the required data from vmstorage.

The vmui directory contains static contents built from app/vmui package with make vmui-update command. The vmui page is available at http://<victoria-metrics>:8428/vmui/.
