Marco Maurer (-Kilchhofer) b367a36183 deployment/alerts: add missing description for VMagent alerts (#6921) ... The 3 alerts for VMagent: - `RejectedRemoteWriteDataBlocksAreDropped` - `TooManyScrapeErrors` - `TooManyWriteErrors` missed the description annotation.
