This avoids firing the ConnectionClosed event explicitly after EndConnect;
it also avoids refreshing explicitly the tree as the main Window handles the
ConnectionClosed event which requests a refresh.

in the Host extensions. Moved method TryResolveWithTimeout to the Connection class
where it is more relevant. Removed wrapper methods WaitForReboot and WaitForAgent
as they were not particularly useful.

XenCenter specific and it is not retrieved from the SDK any more. Renamed
EventNextBlockedException to EventFromBlockedException since event.next() is now removed.

- when the cd drive or the tools iso cannot be found, the action should fail.
- if the tools SR is broken, do not show the error on a pop-up because the UX is
bad when installation is attempted on multiple VMS.
- added one more entry to the list of possible tools iso names.
- small performance improvement.

My commit fixes the error message so the dialog will show "Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." instead of "An unknown error occurred". This text is localised.
Unfortunately we see only a WebException with Status=SecureChannelFailure with no other details - couldn't provide an improved error message

The error occurred when user specified a second wrong password. If the same wrong password was specified again and again, it didn't trigger it. This was due to an error in code where we didn't use the updated password in the second connection attempt.
Fixed by changing the code to use the updated username and password combination for every login attempt.

were removed and some temporary changes were made to the drawing of action rows
