88224df214 CA-290316: Skip hotfix homogeneity precheck in mixed pool 
Because we couldn't control user's selected combination from
a mixed pool, and the version compatibility precheck exists already,
here just simply skip the precheck and issue a warning.

a74ee3a793 CA-290064: Make the FibreChannelProbeAction an AsyncAction, because the PureAsyncAction throws an exception when collecting the API methods for RBAC checks. 
An exception is thrown by the ProcessXml function if the result is an empty string, which is the case when the action is run with the RbacCollectorProxy to collect the API calls

7ba8546929 CA-286291: Refactoring in VMOperationToolStripManuItem 
- added an action for the API call that retrieves the WLB VM recommendations
- removed the thread used for updating the menu items, so that we always access the menu items on the UI thread and do only the server calls on separate threads (for WLB, getting the recommendations now is done on the new action, for non-WLB we have the `workerQueueWithoutWlb`)

2af3de8e7f CA-287430: Fixed the issue where the "Install Update" page of the patching wizard does not show the information on the host reboot steps. 
- use the plan action's ProgressDescription property to display the steps in RestartHostPlanAction (evacuate host, reboot host, bring babies back);
- the plan action should not be visible if the restart is skipped;

- The change to the DownloadAndUnzipXenServerPatchAction is to ensure that the download progress description is updated on the wizard with the correct description (in automated updates mode, via DownloadPatchPlanAction); DownloadPatchPlanAction is using the ActionChanged event to update its description based on the  action's DownloadProgressDescription property, but the ActionChanged event is called when the PercentComplete is updated, so this needs to happen after DownloadProgressDescription has been updated.

9384a42435 CA-281881: G11N: L10N: Hardcode issue in error messages when configure AD for server 
Refer to the CA ticket for details. Generall, there may be some messages (strings)
from the same error message and we cannot literally translate that in the current
framework nor can we split the error into multiple errors and make the translation
separately due to effort constrain. So we just remove the extra information/string
from the current error message to keep current message language(translation) consistent.

a8efbbfba2 CA-286574: Fixed issue where the DR metadata were not loaded from the VDI because 
the action was failing to create a metadata session; the latter was due to accessing
directly properties of the xmlrpc proxy which is null since we use the jsonrpc backend.
Also fixed some more areas where the same might occur.

34ec571fa1 Return null if the string to deserialize to a XenRef<T> is null. This can 
happen for calls returning a XenRef<T> when the server is using the JsonRpc
v1.0 and we have an error, in which case the result is null. Similarly, return
DateTime.MinValue when the datetime string is null (or in general unparasable).

4b6e826ed3 CA-284125: Prioritise a pending host restart over a mandatory toolstack restart. 
For this purpose, the evacuate-reboot-bringbabiesback triplet was replaced by a
new RestartHostPlanAction, which allows fallback to toolstack restart if live
patching has succeeded. Also, created new abstract class HostPlanAction to
reduce code duplication.

c5b0af533e Removed methods GetHostBootTime and GetHostAgentTime because they duplicated logic 
in the Host extensions. Moved method TryResolveWithTimeout to the Connection class

8207a25fc8 Reverted to use of the Marshalling methods, as the Hashtable values can often be null. 
Also fixed regression within the Masrshalling methods to account for null
values, however I did not reinstate the checks for keys, because Hashtable
returns null if the key does not exist instead of throwing an exception.

In theory, these should be added on the SDK side, but at the moment it is
easier to add them in XenCenter because the SDK does not have infrastructure

7ac856943e CA-272143: Import wizard stuck in "Waiting for Import template wizard to complete" when importing a default template 
When trying to import a default template from xva, xapi notices that it is a default template, finds an existing one on the host and returns that one.
With these changes, XenCenter handles this case and displays an error, instead of waiting for the returned VM to be linked to the import task (which never happens).

2) brand string followed by space followed by not "p", and optional letter

4) brand string followed by "," and optional letter
5) begin with the brand string
6) end with the brand string

tested with all .resx files

- do not show the checkbox if the item is disabled

37e3810d73 Removed the background worker and added an async action to retrieve the local 
server time (previously on the UI  thread) and also update the message list
for each snapshot schedule. Preserve column sorting and multiple selection
when the list is rebuilt. Do not enforce minimum size on the form since it
is not resizable.

d9aeeb15e5 Rewriting of the Snapshot Schedule dialog for performance optimisation. 
Merged the PolicyHistory control into the dialog; removed legacy column from
the policies datagridview; put retrieval of messages on a background thread
to avoid UI freezing if there is a huge number of messages; retrieve messages
only when the VMSS collection changes and not every time the run history grid
is repopulated; sorted out button enabled state.
