The check DundeeOrGreater always returns true since we disallow connection to anything earlier than Havana.

PageLoaded override in derived classes, enforce it by wrapping the page specific
code in a new virtual method, which the derived classes can override and PageLoaded
can call after its own logic.

can start typing immediately. Thus the watermark with the example text is lost,
but I restored in on the label under the textbox instead.
