307b97e1d6 Refactored the Command Enabled|Disabled Tooltip to avoid multiple calculation of whether the command can be executed. 
Also, use CommandButtons instead of normal buttons on the SrStorage TabPage.

6f0a9cae6a CA-293784: updated plugins to use the XenServerPSModule as the snap-in has been retired. 
- Check for the module existence when the process is created, not when
loading the plugin.
- Removed snapin max and min version as the specification documents them
as not implemented (CA-40580).
- Refactored Registry class to avoid code repetition and ensure that all
opened keys are closed.
- Added null checks and compacted the code parsing the plugin xml.
- Modernized properties.

abec5c4aba CA-284090: Added a dedicated status bar on the TabPageFeature to resemble real 
life browsers and allow the user to see the status even if other actions are taking
place. Removed webClient use from the browser; instead try sequentially to navigate
to all Uris until one succeeds; this avoids sending duplicate requests and allows
the user to see all endpoints tried out. Reworked the WebBrowser event handlers
to ensure the UI reflects correctly the browser state.

d67dd1c815 Do not create a Uri if there are no IPs as it throws exception unnecessarily; Return 
about:blank instead. Removed parameter null check as it is done by PlaceholderRegex.Replace.
Minor tidy up.

23975c5ee6 Updated event signature to use Action<T1,T2> instead of custom delegates. 
Moved NavigateError- and AuthenticatinPromptEventArgs classes inside WebBrowser2
as they are only relevant to the latter class.

63c6b817d5 CA-40854: The Session's uuid is in reality its opaque_ref. Use the opaque_ref so 
it's obvious what it is. The Session's uuid will be deprecated from the API bindings.

Assigned Proxy property in all WebClient, WebRequest and HttpWebRequest instances.
Removed "proxy not supported" message from Download Appliance dialog, since the download does work with a proxy.

a5f83a9bc5 CA-123576: Step 3 - display the Window menu item only when there are plugins using it. 
Performance issue - reconstruct the plugin menu items only when the plugins are
loaded/refreshed instead of doing it every time the parent menu is clicked. Workflow
issue - the PluginManager.Enabled gets its value from the registry; we shouldn't
wait unitl the plugins are loaded to set it.

ed88db2df0 Fixed two potential null reference exceptions in the XenOvfTransport project and 
removed uninitialised streams which we were taking care to close. Solution-wide
style: use string.IsNullOrEmpty method instead of checking separately for null
and zero length.

077cb17deb CP-5750: Changed the declaration for the ActionBase events Completed, Changed and 
NewAction to use the Action<ActionBase> delegate instead of EventHandler. Thus
there is no need to fire them with Empty or null EventArgs and on several occasions
we avoid casting objects in the event handlers.
