also moved it out of the containing folder as it was its only resident.
Corrected the TitleBar fore colour as it was hard to read due to small contrast
with the bar's backround colour; normalised the code setting the other colours
so it's more unambiguous.

* CA-301193: Avoiding calling ProfessionalColors before we have called Application.EnableVisualStyles as it causes visual styles to be prevented from being enabled and can prevent the program from displayed as expected as the value of Application.InitializeComCtlSupportsVisualStyles is found only one time when first needed and cached. If Application.useVisualStyles is not true as in this case it relies on calling "comctl32.dll" methods to determine if this is the case and after KB4462933 this is no longer the case.
* CA-301193: Setting the TitleBarStartColor and TitleBarEndColor to the ProfessionalColors values.

Renamed method IsExiting to IsInvokable to better describe its contents.
Added null check in it (previously only one of the four Invoke methods was
checking for null).
Added null check when we set the TestExceptionString in automated test mode.
Added logging to exception handling.

2 new radio buttons in Connection Options page, for Basic and Digest; Digest is the default as it's the most secure.
New proxy authentication method setting, which is used to configure XenAPI's HTTP class and the .NET AuthenticationManager (which handles which authentication schemes can be used by the .NET web classes).
The new setting is also transferred and used by the Health Check service.
The bug noted in CA-214653 also occurs here, but the work-around on PR#1201 for that bug will also work for this.

Added Registry.ProxyAuthenticationEnabled boolean property to enable/disable proxy authentication UI controls in Connection Options page.
Cleaned up event handler logic in Connection Options page to return from multiple/unnecessary calls to event handlers when manually changing controls through code.

All tests now pass, via a combination of
a) Use more up to date databases
b) Delete obsolete tests
c) Edit the version number in the databases (these should be fixed later)
- Memory Tab uses GB units for values greater or equal to 1 GB, otherwise show in MB;
- Search Tab displays values in GB or MB in the same as the Memory Tab (e.g. 512 MB of 1 GB, 256 MB of 512 MB, 2.5 GB of 16 GB).
- The shiny bar present in the Memory Tab and in Memory Settings dialog shows the scaling in the following way: If smaller than 1 GB, then show as before, else show only labels with values multiples of half a GB.
- The units used in Memory Setting Dialog are set depending on the static_max. If it is greater or equal to 1 GB, then the units are GB, else MB. The user does not have the possibility of changing them.
When running XenCenter after a new installation, and the program's hash has changed (e.g. by .NET 4.0 upgrade), the previous settings are not automatically restored because they cannot be found (they are there, but in different folder).
We need to try and locate a config file from a previous installation, and if found, update the settings from there.

NewAction to use the Action<ActionBase> delegate instead of EventHandler. Thus
there is no need to fire them with Empty or null EventArgs and on several occasions
we avoid casting objects in the event handlers.
