Added "VM.pool_migrate" to the list of tasks suitable for meddling actions.
Removed the usage of MeddlingActionTitle other_config key, because it wasn't working as intended for two reasons:
- If XenCenter starts an action that does multiple async api calls, so multiple tasks, the action's title is assigned to all tasks as MeddlingActionTitles, so the second XenCenter instance would create multiple meddling actions with the same title.
- When a second XenCenter instance tries to see if a task is suitable for a meddling action, the MeddlingActionTitle is not yet present in the task's other_config, so the task is ignored in most of the cases.

When getting the control domain VM, we should use the control_domain only if it is not null. there is no need to check the version (which was, however, looking at the API version of the master)

- On the PVS Cache Configuration dialog, disable the cache storage fields with an information tooltip stating that this PVS cache storage cannot be changed because it is in use.
- Also set the minimum width for the splitter panels, to avoid display issues when the splitter is moved and either of the panels becomes unusable.

Refined the rules for not adding a VM to the table, if it is a template (thus not_a_real_vm), and it has the __gui__ prefix (thus hidden), we still add it, but hide it.
When its name is changed (to remove the __gui__ prefix), we update its name and re-calculate whether it should be visible (in the case of a new VM this will be true once the __gui__ prefix is gone). Also resort the table if a node changes from hidden to visible, because it appears as an addition to the table.

New observable property IsBeingCreated for VMs, set to true when they're made a hidden object, and false when they're removed from hidden objects (both in CreateVMAction). In the PVS Page when this is set to false, we re-evaluate whether a VM can be shown. This means that new VMs show here at the same time they're added to the tree (only different is tree refresh time), instead of far earlier (and before their networks were added).

- Updated the SR.SupportsVdiCreate function to return false for the Memory SR; this fixes other places where the Memory SR might be visible (e.g. all places where SrPicker is used)

PVS Tab:
- Move the "View PVS sites" button inside the "Configure PVS Cache" dialog (next to Remove button) and make it per-site (showing only the PVS servers from that site)
- Remove "Currently attached" column from the VMs section
- Rename "Status" column to "Read caching status"
Configure PVS Cache" dialog:
- Make sure there is a scrollbar to accommodate all hosts in a pool
- Add a confirmation dialog when a site is removed. The action is executed when the Remove button is pressed.
- When Memory SR is selected, set the maximum value to the dom0-extra-memory..
- Allow empty configuration (but see next point): The OK button should only be disabled if the PVS site name is empty
- Add an extra option in the "Cache storage" combobox, with text "Not configured", selected by default on a new site. When this is selected, we will remove the existing entry in pvs_cache_storage and will not create a new one.
- When a PVS site is deleted (forgotten), we first delete all the associated PVS_servers, otherwise the site cannot be deleted.

Expose both the HIMN network and any VIFs associated with the HIMN
network using XenCenter when the "View->Show Hidden Objects" option
is displayed. However the shown HIMN should not be able to autoplug,
edit or delete.
- when the cd drive or the tools iso cannot be found, the action should fail.
- if the tools SR is broken, do not show the error on a pop-up because the UX is
bad when installation is attempted on multiple VMS.
- added one more entry to the list of possible tools iso names.

- Added Control Domain memory entry in the host memory control on Memory tab.
- Control domain memory is editable for Ely and greater hosts.
- Can be changed from a dialog that requires host to be in maintenance mode and triggers a host reboot after the memory is changed.
- This dialog is available from Server main menu and from the host memory tab.
- Also removed unused unit controls on host and VM memory bars.

VM with the hci-warn-before-shutdown flag. Minor changes to make the warnings for
rebooting and shutting down more consistent (preselect the No button for rebooting;
extended the Yes button text; modified warning text)
Check different feature flag for Windows VMs on Dundee to detect Dundee guest agent. For earlier versions nothing is changed.
This will cause XC to report "Management not installed" for Windows VMs on Dundee hosts with Cream guest agent (This is the case when a host has been upgraded from Cream to Dundee).

There were times when "HasUpgradeSupportInManagementAgent" was needed, but not anymore, so this commit is changing code to use only VirtualisationStatus.MANAGEMENT_INSTALLED again.
VM.IsWindows will try to use guest_metrics referenced by the last_booted_record when the guest_metrics on the VM is not available.
This gives some extra chance to detect a Non-Windows VM.

This changeset implements the followings:
On creation of a new VM,
* XenCenter will use licensed state of the host to determine whether it should obey/apply the template-recommendation regarding the vendor device.
* If the host is licensed, and the selected template's recommendations suggest that has_vendor_device can be set/should be set to true, as part of VM creation, XenCenter will set the vm's has_vendor_device based on the recommendation using set_has_vendor_device API call (after it has cloned the template and before calling vm.provision).
* XenCenter will not expose details whether 1G or 2G VM is going to be created.

VM.IsWindows flag is getting clever
As this property is used on the General tab and on the SSH Console, HVM Linux VMs with the viridian flag turned on will no longer be treated as Windows VMs (as long as they have the Linux Guest Agent running)

- If the new disks cannot be created because their total initial size is greater than the SR free space, then an error icon (with tooltip) is displayed and Next button is disabled.
- If the total size of the new disks is greater than the SR free space, but the disks can still be created (because the initial allocation is smaller), then a warning icon (with tooltip) is displayed and Next button is enabled.
- The tooltip mentions the initial space required for thinly provisioned SRs (initial allocation).

- Memory Tab uses GB units for values greater or equal to 1 GB, otherwise show in MB;
- Search Tab displays values in GB or MB in the same as the Memory Tab (e.g. 512 MB of 1 GB, 256 MB of 512 MB, 2.5 GB of 16 GB).
- The shiny bar present in the Memory Tab and in Memory Settings dialog shows the scaling in the following way: If smaller than 1 GB, then show as before, else show only labels with values multiples of half a GB.
- The units used in Memory Setting Dialog are set depending on the static_max. If it is greater or equal to 1 GB, then the units are GB, else MB. The user does not have the possibility of changing them.
- Add code to check license before offering quiescing on the VM Snapshot dialog
- If the feature is not available, the message displayed is: "This feature is disabled due to license restrictions on the server."

- With these changes, a stopped or suspended VM can be moved across pools; this is performed as a vm migrate operation.
- The intra pool move will continue to be a vdi.copy + destroy operation for stopped VMs, but for suspended VMs we need to do it a as vm migrate operation.
- We use the Cross Pool migrate wizard for both intra and cross pool move operations, but introduced a wizard mode parameter in order to adapt the wizard to the specific operation we want to perform (migrate, move or copy)

- Select a supp pack in the hotfix wizard
- Recognise that it's a supp pack not a hotfix
- Check if there's enough space on a SR to contain it: (1) default SR if shared or (2) any shared SR or (3) local SR on each host in pool
- Create a VDI to contain it
- Upload the supp pack to the VDI

Changes following code review:
- Added VM.CanHaveVGpu function (at the moment just returns CanHaveGpu, but it will change in the future)
- Added vGPU_type.IsPassthrough function and used it everywhere we needed to test for passthrough (max-heads==0)
- Simplified code in Helpers.GpuCapability, Helpers.VGpuCapability, NewVMWizard (gpuCapability), MainWindow and GpuRow

New properties:
- Pool.HasGpu = Pool has at least one PGPU
- Pool.HasVGpu = Pool has at least one PGPU that HasVGpu
- PGPU.HasVGpu = PGPU has at least one supported_VGPU_type that is not pass-through
New or modified helper functions:
- Helpers.GpuCapability = GPU feature not restricted (by licensing) and Pool.HasGpu
- Helpers.VGpuCapability = vGPU feature not restricted (by licensing) and Pool.HasVGpu
- Helpers.ClearwaterSp1OrGreater = API version is 2.1 or greater
The GPU dialogs are displayed as follows:
- GPU page on VM properties dialog: Visible only if VM.CanHaveGpu and the GPU feature not restricted (by licensing)
- GPU page on New VM Wizard: Visible only if VM.CanHaveGpu and the pool has GPU capability (Helpers.GpuCapability)
- GPU page on Pool properties dialog: Visible only if the pool has vGPU capability (Helpers.VGpuCapability)
- GPU tab: Visible only if the pool has GPU capability (Helpers.GpuCapability) and is Clearwater SP1 or greater
- On the GPU tab, the "Placement policy" panel: Visible only if the pool has vGPU capability (Helpers.VGpuCapability)
- On the GPU tab, the "Edit" button on the "vGPU types" panel: Visible only if the PGPU.HasVGpu and vGPU feature not restricted (by licensing)
Also:
- VM.CanHaveVGpu function renamed to CanHaveGpu
- On the GPU tab, renamed "Allowed vGPU types" to "vGPU types
