7accaadb26 CA-271945: Attempting to resolve the pool's connection and searching for it in all open connections for the EnableHAAction in case a host has been destroyed or the master changed. 
Preventing an Object (host) has been deleted error when attempting to reenable Maintenance Mode on a Host that has been kicked out of the pool when exiting the RPU Wizard.
Returning null to prevent making orphened tasks that will be stuck at 0% completion if it is impossible to fulfill.

5879b5ae60 CA-271864: Add the host name to the precheck failure when the VM cannot be evacuated. 
The other part of this ticket (add OTHER_OPERATION_IN_PROGRESS to the known errors) has already been done in commit 97a60c91.
Minor refactoring to the VMProblem class.

b8531be374 CP-8120 Rolling Pool Upgrade wizard: add precheck for vCPU configuration. 
- Renamed “Checking can evacuate host status” precheck group to “Checking VM migration status”
- Prechecks page – check that all VMs have valid vCPU settings (i.e. number of vCPUs is a multiple of number of cores per socket).
- This check is included in the ‘Checking VM migration status” group
- If a VM has invalid vCPU settings, the precheck will display the problem with a solution to “Fix vCPU configuration” which opens the VM Properties dialog on the CPU page.
