reverted to the new class UpdateUpgradeWizard which serves as base for the
Patching and the RPU wizards. Pass the list of resolved problems to the
automated updates page and not the actions, so as to prevent premature (i.e.
on creation as opposed to on start) addition to the global list shown on
the Events page.

The base class contains all the code for creating and starting the background workers, displaying the progress of the actions, handling failures and retries.
The derived classes override the property for label at the top of the page and the method that generates the plan actions.

For this purpose, the evacuate-reboot-bringbabiesback triplet was replaced by a
new RestartHostPlanAction, which allows fallback to toolstack restart if live
patching has succeeded. Also, created new abstract class HostPlanAction to
reduce code duplication.

The commit fixes bug and unify sorting rules in ManageUpdatesPage,
PatchingWizard_SelectServers and RollingUpgradeWizardSelectPool data
grid views.
The rules are:
1) Name column sorted purely by name.
2) Other columns sorted by string value, if the same, sorted by default,
which is still in order even in reverse direction.

Merged the PolicyHistory control into the dialog; removed legacy column from
the policies datagridview; put retrieval of messages on a background thread
to avoid UI freezing if there is a huge number of messages; retrieve messages
only when the VMSS collection changes and not every time the run history grid
is repopulated; sorted out button enabled state.

Added app manifest to explicitly target XC to all windows versions from Vista to Windows 10 so that the Environment variables will reflect the correct Windows versions. Note that "Manifesting the .exe for Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 will not have any impact when run on previous operating systems." [1]

In the Updates wizard:
New versions that are available as updates will be listed in the "Download Updates from Citrix" section, before any other updates.
If XenCenter is not the latest version, these rows will be greyed out, with a tooltip.

- On the Updates tab: for new versions, check that the version of XenCenter is at least the latest. If not, give an additional option to download a newer XenCenter (for both updates and upgrades), and not offer "Download and Install" (for updates).
- In the Patching wizard: if the update is a new version, we force the user to first update their XenCenter to the new version
- In the RPU wizard: if the server version is not the latest and their XenCenter version is not the latest from updates.xml, we assume that they want to upgrade to the latest XenServer version and we force the user to first update their XenCenter to the latest version.

- added a new precheck, called "Live patching status" which checks is a reboot is needed for each host. If reboot is needed, the check will display a warning, otherwise it will show a green tickbox, saying that the server does not need to be rebooted, and if live patching is used, this information will be included as well.

XenCenter will check host.patches_requiring_reboot when a host restart is due while a batch update is in progress. If the restart is not required, XenCenter will skip relevant PlanActions.
The intention here is to check this whenever a restart is due according to the original schedule - this way a completely livepatchable update can prevent the restart while the key batch hotfixing logic is not changed.

Add the Live Patching tab as a new part of PropertiesDialog, shown for pools and standalone hosts. Tab contains one checkbox which toggles the live_patching_disabled XenServer API property. Not yet implemented: license check ("The option should only be shown if the pool is licensed")

- Control domain memory is editable for Ely and greater hosts.
- Can be changed from a dialog that requires host to be in maintenance mode and triggers a host reboot after the memory is changed.

Implemented error handling.
If there has been an error in a pool, we stop executing actions in that pool immediately, and report the error once every other actions have finished. Error in one pool will not affect the upgrade process of other pools.

Created ThinProvisioningParametersControl user control using existing code to have the thin provisioning settings at one place. It needs to be initialized by providing an SR and it will expose its internal state via NewSMConfig property that we need at other places.
This does not include refactoring of existing code or replacing existing code to use this new control, but the new Conversion dialog is using this. Next step would be to remove existing code and start using this new ThinProvisioningParametersControl instead.

- Check call home enrollment status on connecting to a pool: If status is unknown it means that the pool is not enrolled (enabled) and has never been (disabled). If that's the case, then show the Health Check Overview dialog with the pool selected
- "Enroll now" on Health Check Overview will try enroll the selected pool into call home using existing token authentication. If this is not possible, then a dialog will be presented for the user to perform the initial authentication.

- With these changes, a stopped or suspended VM can be moved across pools; this is performed as a vm migrate operation.
- The intra pool move will continue to be a vdi.copy + destroy operation for stopped VMs, but for suspended VMs we need to do it a as vm migrate operation.
- We use the Cross Pool migrate wizard for both intra and cross pool move operations, but introduced a wizard mode parameter in order to adapt the wizard to the specific operation we want to perform (migrate, move or copy)
