Refined the rules for not adding a VM to the table, if it is a template (thus not_a_real_vm), and it has the __gui__ prefix (thus hidden), we still add it, but hide it.
When its name is changed (to remove the __gui__ prefix), we update its name and re-calculate whether it should be visible (in the case of a new VM this will be true once the __gui__ prefix is gone). Also resort the table if a node changes from hidden to visible, because it appears as an addition to the table.

* [CA-233454] Update when the VMs are shown in the PVS list
New observable property IsBeingCreated for VMs, set to true when they're made a hidden object, and false when they're removed from hidden objects (both in CreateVMAction). In the PVS Page when this is set to false, we re-evaluate whether a VM can be shown. This means that new VMs show here at the same time they're added to the tree (only different is tree refresh time), instead of far earlier (and before their networks were added).

We have some new RRDs - read, write, read_latency and write_latency. This adds support for them by adding a friendly name and using it to display them. It also adds some filtering (see GraphHelpers.cs) because for backward compatibility io_throughput_read and io_throughput_write (which differ from read and write only in scale) are still available, but shouldn't be displayed in XC. If the new read or write are available, we filter these old datasources out.

Creates a new function MemorySizeStringSuitableUnits that takes one more parameter that specifies the units that must be used when the number of bytes is 0.
Adds tab indexing to the control for allocation and changes label names.
Corrects mistake that led to exception being thrown when the Disk Size is decreased in the the New Disk Dialog.
- Memory Tab uses GB units for values greater or equal to 1 GB, otherwise show in MB;
- Search Tab displays values in GB or MB in the same as the Memory Tab (e.g. 512 MB of 1 GB, 256 MB of 512 MB, 2.5 GB of 16 GB).
- The shiny bar present in the Memory Tab and in Memory Settings dialog shows the scaling in the following way: If smaller than 1 GB, then show as before, else show only labels with values multiples of half a GB.
- The units used in Memory Setting Dialog are set depending on the static_max. If it is greater or equal to 1 GB, then the units are GB, else MB. The user does not have the possibility of changing them.
- while upgrading a host, throw a HOST_OFFLINE ("Server could not be contacted") exception if the host can no longer be resolved (instead of HANDLE_INVALID)
- also corrected the parameters of the HANDLE_INVALID exception, as an extra parameter is needed for the friendly error name.
- in the UpdateManualHostPlanAction class I replaced Host with the private property _host in several places, so we are no longer trying to resolve the host each time we want to write something into logs
- added some null checks, to avoid reporting null reference exception

1. Added AugustaOrGreater method to Helpers class (which is preferred method over MethodExists to check if a xapi call is available on a server). Also removed MethodExists method.

Introduced Host.LongProductVersion property which returns host's
product version and build number (e.g. 5.6.100.72258), or null if
product version can't be found. We use this property to check
if the master has been updraded and to decide which slaves need
to be upgraded or to skip hosts already upgraded.
