No longer set to the directory containing the test assembly. Use TestContext.CurrentContext.TestDirectory to locate that directory.

Path to the Cert was build as:
 xenadmin\TestResources\TestDevCertificate.cer

but should be:
 xenadmin\XenAdminTests\TestResources\TestDevCertificate.cer
