* CA-249823 - Accept zip files in Updates Wizard
* CA-258326 - Improve implementation of CA-248823(Accept zip files in Updates Wizard)
* Small unrelated bugfix: Stop selectFromDiskRadioButton being checked when
restoring dismissed updates.
