In addition to adding scrollbars when content panel size is reduced using splitter, I also fixed the teal top panel issue from the base class so that it is applied to all VerticallyTabbedDialog implementations. Signed-off-by: Letsibogo Ramadi <letsibogo.ramadi@citrix.com>
