The warning is visible for vss scheduled snapshots on Quebec or newer hosts (these would be snapshots created before the host has been upgraded).
Also corrected a typo in a function name.

- On the dialog show the next run time in both the client's and the server's local time zone.
- On the VMSS frequency page allow the user to pick the schedule in the client's
local time zone and show then next run time in both the client's and the server's local time zone.
- Refactoring to fix workflow and class design, reduce amount of code and simplify logic.
- Various layout improvements.

Since we support checkpoint of Nvidia VGPU dedicated VMs, the conditions
text when new a VMSS needs to be refined.Note that Intel and AMD dedicated
GPUs VMs still be blocked for checkpoint.

- Fixed layout and accessibility of controls.
- Changed clickable info icons to normal icon+text info panels because they
are used more widely across XenCenter and the user does not need extra clicks

PageLoaded override in derived classes, enforce it by wrapping the page specific
code in a new virtual method, which the derived classes can override and PageLoaded
can call after its own logic.

- removed unused methods and properties from the NewPolicyWizard class
- made the wizard pages private in the NewPolicyWizard class
- removed unused constructor from the NewPolicySnapshotTypePage class
- removed unused property from the PolicyHistory class
- removed the public properties TreeView and DataGridView from the SnapshotsPage
- removed the PolicyType from the PolicyAlert class and the constructor that is no longer used

quiesce after installing vss tools
Enabling snapshot policy type to be changed to quiesce from
other snapshot policy types if the selected VMs are
quiesce snapshot capable.
